We are a member of the Financial Services Complaints Limited which is one of the regulatory requirements as per Financial Services Act 2008 in New Zealand. New Zealand laws require us to be part of an accredited dispute resolution scheme which provided a legal platform to any potential dispute to be addressed appropriately according to the legislation.
